X-Mob Mining App Terms.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the X-Mob Mining mobile application (“App”), operated by X-Mob Mining. By downloading, registering for, purchasing through, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into an agreement in your country. If you are under the legal age of majority, you may use the App only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
2. User Accounts
You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, notify us about suspected unauthorized access, accept responsibility for activity performed through your account, and maintain only the number of accounts permitted by the App.
You may not sell, transfer, share, or misuse your account.
3. App Nature
X-Mob Mining is a cloud-based cryptocurrency mining simulation application. Through the App, users may manage virtual mining machines, add virtual mining machines, upgrade machine capacity and hash rates, monitor virtual mining activity and progress, accumulate eligible BTC-denominated mining rewards, and submit a payout request after reaching the applicable minimum payout threshold.
Mining progress, hash-rate calculations, reward calculations, and account activity are processed through X-Mob Mining’s cloud-based systems.
Important: Your mobile device does not directly mine cryptocurrency. The App does not use your device’s CPU, GPU, battery, or processing power to perform cryptocurrency mining.
4. Purchase Plans
The App may offer paid plans, upgrades, boosts, or other digital features. Unless clearly identified as a subscription before checkout, purchase plans are one-time purchases and do not automatically renew.
Before purchasing, you will be shown the applicable price, currency, taxes, plan benefits, and other material conditions. Purchased benefits are personal to the purchasing user, may not be sold or transferred, may be subject to technical or account limitations, do not guarantee financial profit or real-world earnings, and may be lost when an account is permanently deleted.
5. Payment Processing
Eligible purchases are processed through Google Play Billing or another payment method clearly displayed and legally permitted for your region. Your payment provider’s terms and privacy policy also apply. X-Mob Mining does not directly receive or store your complete payment-card or banking credentials.
6. Refunds
Purchases are subject to the refund rules of Google Play, the applicable payment provider, and applicable consumer law. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.
If a purchase is refunded, reversed, charged back, or determined to be fraudulent, X-Mob Mining may revoke the associated plan, virtual item, balance, entitlement, or benefit. Deleting your App account does not automatically cancel a purchase or create a refund.
For purchase assistance, contact support@xmobmining.com and provide your Google Play order ID. Never send complete payment-card information.
7. Restore Purchases
Where technically supported, eligible purchases may be restored using the same Google Play account and X-Mob Mining account originally used for the purchase. Consumable items, already-used benefits, deleted account data, or purchases that cannot be verified may not be restorable.
8. Acceptable Use
You must not use the App for unlawful or fraudulent activity; create fake or duplicate accounts; manipulate points, plans, rewards, timers, referrals, or purchases; use bots, scripts, emulators, exploits, or unauthorized automation; reverse engineer, modify, decompile, or redistribute the App; bypass payment, security, or access controls; interfere with servers, networks, or other users; upload malware or harmful content; misrepresent virtual features as guaranteed financial returns; or violate third-party rights or applicable law.
9. Suspension and Termination
X-Mob Mining may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when we reasonably believe that a user violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, manipulated App systems, created a security risk, failed to complete a valid payment, or must be restricted to comply with law. Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to appeal.
10. App Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue App features for security, legal, operational, or technical reasons. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device. Material changes affecting a paid plan will be handled according to applicable law.
11. Intellectual Property
The App, X-Mob Mining name, logo, interface, graphics, text, software, and related materials are owned by or licensed to X-Mob Mining. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to use the App for its intended purpose. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
12. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. X-Mob Mining does not guarantee continuous or error-free operation, compatibility with every device, preservation of virtual balances in every circumstance, financial profit, earnings, or investment returns, or that every feature will remain permanently available.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, X-Mob Mining will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses resulting from use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability relating to a paid purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the specific purchase giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
14. Account Deletion
You may permanently delete your account through:
X-Mob Mining App → Profile → Account Controls → Delete Account
Account deletion is permanent and may remove profile information, App progress, virtual balances, plan benefits, and other account-linked data.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the Basic Law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes will be decided only by the appointed courts in Hong Kong.
16. Changes to These Terms
X-Mob Mining may update these Terms when the App, law, or business practices change. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
